How many people will clean my home? Normally, a team of two cleaners will be sent to
your home or business.
Are you licensed & Insured? Absolutely!Click here
Do I need to be home? Most of the time our customers are not home at the time of the
cleaning. We keep information about our customers home regarding alarms, pets, access,
and any other special instructions. If you rather be home at the time of the cleaning, we can
schedule a time convenient for you the customer.
How will you get into my home? You can give us a key, hide a key, leave a key with a
neighbor or make sure someone is at the residence when we arrive.
What if I have pets? Most of our customers do have pets of some kind. Large or aggressive
pets will need to be secured by the homeowner so we can clean your residence. If your pets
don't mind us we will gladly work around them.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaning? Yes in order for us to provide a quality
cleaning please remove clutter and secure other small valuables.
What if something is missed or not cleaned right? Contact our office immediately
(610) 779-6279 and we will have a supervisor visit your home within 24 hours to correct any
problems.
Who will provide cleaning supplies and materials? Katzin's Cleaning supplies all materials
needed to get your home sparkling clean. We will never use industrial strength chemicals in
your home. If you would like to provide your own supplies just ask!
